With over a decade of experience in learning and organisational development, I transitioned into the field after completing my law degree and Bar Professional Training Course. My journey began in the legal industry, and since then, I’ve provided personal, leadership, and management training across various sectors, working with organisations such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, Queen Mary University of London, The University of Essex, Taylor Wessing, Harrods, and HCL Technologies.
A lifelong learner, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology and multiple psychometric accreditations to further enhance your development. My core values—growth, adventure, courage, and creativity—fuel my passion for coaching. I’m dedicated to helping others reach their full potential by applying the skills and knowledge I’ve cultivated over the years.
I work full time in a leadership role at a university coaching and developing other leaders. I recently started Ecliptic Executive Coaching as my own business to support others in their leadership journey and to share the most exciting parts of my work and experience.
As a mum of a baby and toddler I understand what it’s like to juggle work, business, study and home life all at once. I also know that it can be the most rewarding experience in the world.
When I’m not working I’m often studying towards my degree in Physics, which I do for fun. Otherwise I’m solving the latest Rubix cube, chasing a toddler around the park and scrolling Netflix without actually choosing anything to watch!
